A. We need your Bank details, to transfer your earnings. Our platform is safe and each transaction made to you will be through secure channels.

A. No, you need not to sign any document personally, however contributor registration process is governed by associated terms and conditions, which you need to agree during sign up.

A. No, it is purely work-from-home based program, hence you need not to visit any of our offices. However there may be trainings and development programs which is solely your choice to attend or not.

A. It depends on your capability and time spent. You can earn as much as you want, there are no limitations to your earnings. You will be placed in a category based on your level with the program. Your earnings are directly proportionate to your current category!

A. No, there is no upper limit assigned for submitting the questions. However, there is a minimum criterion limit to retain the current level.

A. Our platform is technology driven and you are categorized based on the minimum criteria.

• Levels : Currently we have categorized our program in 5 levels and each level have minimum qualifier criteria and earnings associated.
• Level 0 : White – Entry level of our program, whosoever joins us will start from here only.
• Level 1 : Yellow – '+1' Level of our program. This level is attained when level 0 is survived on the factors which are deterministic to decide the level.
• Level 2 : Green – Highest level of our program. This level is attained when level 1 is survived on the factors which are deterministic to decide the level.
• Level -1 : Orange – '-1' level of our program below the level 0. This level is assigned when level 0 is not retained on the basis of performance under the level 0.
• Level -2 : Red – Lowest level of the program and least paying level. This level is assigned when level -1 is not retained on the basis of performance under the level -1. anyone falling below this level may face account may be deactivation.

B. Qualifier criterion

Each level has the following points, based on which the level is determined and upgrade \ downgrade occurs.

• Number of Questions submitted during a month.
• Accuracy level of Questions submitted.
• Length of association with 1stScholar.
• Minimum Period at each level.

• Example:

  Let’s suppose Mr. Anirudh Kumar is an approved contributor with 1stScholar and currently has been placed at level 1. As per the qualifier criteria, Mr. Anirudh have to contribute minimum number of questions with required accuracy for each passing month. If Mr. Anirudh continues to contribute on the required criteria for continuous 2 months he will be upgraded to next Level i.e. Level 2, but if he fails to contribute on the required criteria for 2 continuous month, his level is downgraded to the lower level i.e. Level 0. For each contributor there is a 2-months period to retain the current level or to scale up.

C. Earning Factor?

Your earning is calculated on the basis of the following formula:

No of questions X percentage of accuracy X rate for each question at your level = Monthly pay offs

Example:

#1. Mr. Anirudh has contributed 130 questions during May 2020 (required minimum number of questions at his level is 100 per month), with 90% accuracy (required minimum accuracy percentage of questions is 85%). Assume rate for each question at his current level (level 1 ) is INR12 per question, so his May month payout will be calculated as below:

130 x 100% x 12 = INR1560

#2. Mr. Anirudh has contributed 130 questions during June 2020 (required minimum number of questions at his level is 100 per month), with 75% accuracy (required minimum accuracy percentage of questions is 85%). Assume rate for each question at his current level (level 1 ) is INR12 per question, so his May month payout will be calculated as below:

130 x 75% x 12 = INR1170

A. TIME is the major infrastructure required from you (that too as per your convenience). Apart from that you also required a desktop\laptop with adequate internet to submit your work.

A. 1stscholar provides you with basic training about how to use our website and how to submit questions. How you build the question, however, is what you are an expert, on that we are not good. Agreed!

A. Yes, you will be able to see your earnings statement in your personalized dashboard. Your dashboard is first place to have important details related to you and your account.

A. No, currently we are not charging any fee\charges from our contributors. But to keep rolling the stone we will monetize only if you have contributed the work of minimum 500 rupees. Until your submitted work crossed the mark of 500 rupees, you will not be paid.

A. We want you to work with us and earn money, but may be some people might not be enthusiast like you, so to keep pushing these contributors we have enforced the minimum limitations.

A. No, whatever charges there may be will be applicable to new registrations only. Once you have registered, you will be governed by the then policy.
